He guests leave, all still skeptical, except for the narrator, and the following day, he is the only person to return. The Time Traveler greets him happily with a camera in his hand, saying that if he would only wait for a 30 minutes, he will return with all of the proof he needs. The Narrator picks up the story 3 years later, saying that the Time Traveler never returned. He wonders where he could be, and hope that he is alright.
